Your group training sessions follow a full-body resistance based training routine 3 days a week with 1 day of conditioning based training. We make sure to structure and phase your training so that your results are guaranteed not to plateau! Once you become a Project Get Healthy Client at The Fit Stop, you will have access to our app with all of the workouts for you to record and track your progress!
Your training blocks follow a flow of A, B, C, & D "days" so that your workouts have the perfect balance of variety while keeping enough structure to see true change. Each phase has a different focus - stability & balance, strength, hypertrohy (muscle building!) & endurance.
We train you in these phases for 3-6 weeks so results are continuous in many different areas of your fitness.
